WIN WITH PERFORMANCE LUCKY DRAWS’ TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. Eligibility

• The lucky draw is open to all BMW owners who are the registered owner of their respective BMW vehicles (excluding any BMW vehicles that are not registered under an individual’s name (e.g. company-registered vehicles)) and who within the Lucky Draw Period (as defined in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions) complete an OBU (On-Board Unit) installation and/or make a minimum purchase of $200 worth of eligible BMW Parts, BMW Accessories, BMW Lifestyle Merchandise, or BMW Services in a single invoice at PML.
• The registered owner of a vehicle refers to the person who is registered as the primary owner according to the records stated in the Land Transport Authority’s registration records.

2. Lucky Draw Entries

• OBU Installation
  Customers who complete an OBU installation will be eligible for one (1) entry in the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw Entry”), subject to the OBU multiplier factor set out in Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions. (Note: If a customer previously installed an OBU and later requires a replacement or repair due to a fault, the replacement or repair will not be eligible for an additional entry in the lucky draw. Only a new OBU installation during the Lucky Draw Period qualifies for entry.)
• Voucher Usage on invoices
  If a customer uses a voucher on an invoice, the eligible spending amount for the lucky draw will be based on the billed amount before the voucher has been applied. The billed amount before the applied voucher will be taken into account when calculating the number of Lucky Draw Entries.
• Discount on invoices
  If a customer receives a discount on an invoice, the eligible spending amount for the lucky draw will be based on the final amount actually paid after the discount has been applied. Only the final paid amount will be taken into account when calculating the number of Lucky Draw Entries.
• Eligible Purchases (which may be updated from time to time by PML at its sole discretion):

3. Draw Types & Frequency

• Monthly Draws: There will be 12 monthly draws throughout the promotion period.
• Quarterly Draws: There will be 4 quarterly draws, occurring at the end of every quarter.
• Grand Draw: The grand draw will take place at the end of the promotion period, with 1 grand prize awarded.

4. Lucky Draw Period

• The lucky draw will run from 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025 (“Lucky Draw Period”), with eligible Lucky Draw Entries being collected during this time.

5. Spending Calculation for Draws

• Purchases made in a particular month will be eligible for the Monthly Draw of that month, the Quarterly Draw for that quarter of the year in which that month falls (only one-time entry), and the Grand Draw.
• These purchases will not be included in any other Monthly Draws or Quarterly Draws.
• An OBU installation will only be taken into account in calculating the number of Lucky Draw Entries in the month which it is installed, i.e. the OBU multiplier factor as set out in the table below would only be valid in the month of installation.

6. Winner Eligibility for Future Draws

• Monthly Draw Winners: If a customer wins a prize in any Monthly Draw, his/her Lucky Draw Entry(ies) will remain eligible for the Quarterly Draw and the Grand Draw for which it/they had been originally eligible for.
• Quarterly Draw Winners: If a customer wins a prize in any Quarterly Draw, his/her Lucky Draw Entry(ies) will remain eligible for the Grand Draw for which it/they had been originally eligible for.

7. Prizes and Winner Selection

• Prizes:
  - Monthly and Quarterly Draws: The prizes for these draws will consist of Official BMW Merchandise, as determined by PML in its sole discretion.
  - Grand Draw: The grand prize will be a travel package, as determined by PML in its sole discretion.
• PML reserves the right to change the prizes for the draws at any time at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection Process:
Winners for each draw will be selected randomly from all eligible Lucky Draw Entries received for that draw.

• Random Draw Method: A computerised random selection tool will be used to ensure that all Lucky Draw Entries have an equal chance of being selected. The random selection tool will be independently audited to ensure fairness and transparency.

8. Draw Dates And Notification

• Winners will be notified via email or phone or any other method of communication deemed fit by PML within 7 working days after each draw.

9. Prize Collection

• Winners must collect their prizes within 7 days after notification.
• In the event that a prize is unclaimed within 7 days, PML has the right at its sole discretion to deal with it as it deems fit, including but not limited to awarding it to a new winner or forfeiting the prize.
• The winners must produce a valid photo identification documentation for verification purposes to claim their prizes.
• The winners must at the point of collection of their prizes continue to be the registered owner of the vehicle for which they had earned eligible Lucky Draw Entries on.

10. General Terms

• By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• PML reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any customer who violates the terms of these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
• The decision of PML in determining the lucky draw winners is final and binding.
• By participating in the lucky draw, winners agree to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for publicity purposes.
• Customers are required to ensure that all details provided for the lucky draw (including but not limited to personal information and purchase details) are accurate and up to date. In the event that any information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, the customer may be disqualified, and a redraw may occur. PML reserves the right to void any Lucky Draw Entries if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

11. Privacy

• All personal data collected for the lucky draw will be handled in accordance with the BMW Privacy Policy (https://www.bmw.com.sg/en_SG/footer/metanavigation/privacy-policy-pool/privacy-policy.html). By entering the lucky draw, customer consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes set out in the BMW Privacy Policy.

12. Modification of Terms

• PML reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

13. Non-Transferability Of Lucky Draw Entries And Prizes

• The eligibility and Lucky Draw Entries for the lucky draw cannot be transferred to another individual, even if the packages or invoices are transferred.
• If the vehicle is sold, the Lucky Draw Entries are not transferable to the new owner. The original owner who earned the Lucky Draw Entries is the only one entitled to any prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

14. Liability

• Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, PML is not responsible for:
  - Technical failures or malfunction;
  - Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the lucky draw; and
  - Any other liability arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw.
• Participation in the lucky draw constitutes agreement to release PML from any liability related to or arising out of or in connection with the lucky draw and/or these Terms and Conditions.

15. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
• In the event of any disputes, customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
