SERVICE AT PERFORMANCE MOTORS

I have an ongoing servicing package(s) with BIS Automobiles (e.g., 2+1 Prepaid Service Package, 3 in 1 Oil Service Package, Grooming Package), will it continue with Performance Motors?

These packages/offers were specifically created by and paid to BIS Automobiles, henceforth we are unable to uphold such packages. For any refund or cancellation, you would have to contact BIS Automobiles.

I always receive complimentary car washes after each service with BIS Automobiles, am I entitled to the same practice?

Yes, we have the same practice.

I have complimentary contactless delivery for every BIS Automobiles service, am I entitled to the same practice?

No. We do not offer any complimentary contactless delivery service. You can, however, opt for it during your service booking, at a chargeable fee.

I have Service Credits/Parts & Lifestyle Vouchers with BIS Automobiles, am I able to use them at Performance Motors premises?

These Service Credits/Parts & Lifestyle Vouchers were specifically created by and given by BIS Automobiles, henceforth we are unable to verify and accept the vouchers.

What kind of services do you offer in Performance Motors?

The services that we offer to customers are Repair, Servicing, and Grooming.

How much does it cost to service at Performance Motors?

As every BMW is unique to each customer, our rates will be advised by our Customer Service Advisors dependent on your needs and care for your car.

How do I make a service appointment with your Authorised Service Centres?

Please call our hotline at 1800 2255 269 or use our online booking platform on our BMW Performance SG App to make your service appointment.

How is Fastlane Service different from normal servicing? Do I need to pay more?

Fastlane Service ensures a turnover time of under 2 hours, without the complimentary car wash. Fastlane Service is available at Sime Darby Business Centre and East Coast Centre. You will not incur any additional costs.

Services include:

    1. Maintenance work such as oil service
    2. Wear-and-tear repairs such as changing the brake pads and brake discs
    3. Changing wheels and tyres
    4. Cosmetic repairs such as dents

I have an appointment booked for tomorrow. Can I send my vehicle this evening after office hours?

Yes, you can drop your BMW at your selected Authorised Service Centres after our operating hours. All you have to do is fill up your details on our Convenient Drop-off Service envelope, and place your key inside it before depositing it into our drop-off box.

What is the available payment mode(s) available at your Authorised Service Centres?

We have multiple cashless payment modes available, including BMW Contactless Payment Link**, Bank Transfer^, NETS, PayNow*^, and Credit Card (Visa, Masters, Amex, Google/Apple Pay, and PayWave).

For those who drop off and collect cars on behalf of the registered owners, payment can be made through the same cashless payment methods listed above.

With effect from 1st September 2022, Performance Motors, Performance Munich Autos, and BMW Motorrad will no longer accept denominations of currency in notes and/or coins as payment.

Do you provide any shuttle service to the nearest MRT stations?

Yes, we provide shuttle services to the nearest MRT stations.

How do I know if my car is ready for collection after servicing?

Our Customer Service Advisor will update you on an estimated collection time during your servicing consultation.

When can I collect my vehicle from your Authorised Service Centre?

During normal operating hours.
