| Sent my car in for some fixing and Kok Ting attended to the service. I had a chat with him after which he explained in detail and with patience, the problem with my car and how to avoid similar situations in future. After the rectification, I casually mentioned about my problem with the car app and he took it further to help me sort out the problem on his system. Enjoyed the fuss free and more importantly, the ability and competence to nail the solution very quickly. Thanks Kok Ting! | |

| I was recently referred by a friend to Paul Ng from PML when I was considering whether to switch my 7 year old car to a new one. Not only was Paul prompt, professional and transparent in his service and follow-ups, his detailed comparisons and discussions on ICE vs EVs led me to decide on the spot to make a change. The car was delivered one month later and kudos also to the smooth delivery experience, as well as the PML generous over-trade value on my old vehicle. In the end, an old ICE beemer with 3 year shelf life left got reinvigorated with a new 10 year extension with a cool EV experience which I am thoroughly enjoying right now.
